Hi, I'm Sunny Phua, Branch Division Director in ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd, father of a young baby girl, team manager of a young growing team. In this volatile era, I constantly upgrade myself to adapt to my client's ever-changing needs and wants for their property dreams. 


As the Company's Trainer for Video Marketing, I not only assist my clients in marketing their properties virtually; I am also a coach and trainer to agents in making successful shots for the units they market. I also conduct exclusively with my division on video marketing and ensure the team learns and grows together.

As a young parent, I realise the importance of retirement asset planning and the importance of starting young. Having an asset portfolio and plan, following through, and being able to hold, to have entry and exit strategies. Sharing these experiences with my clients are a great asset to them to help realise their dreams.


Being a Real Estate Consultant since 2007, my clients see me as a partner in their pursuit of their Real Estate objectives. I believe in not only serving their needs, but also in protecting their interests. I continuously review their plans and work together with my clients to achieve their goals. I firmly believe Real Estate is about PEOPLE. It is about the Trust established and Service rendered.

Hi, I'm Phyllis Ho, Associate Division Director in ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd, mother of two teenagers, manager of a young growing team. Listening to their needs, building both their asset portfolio and lasting relationships are my goals in Real Estate. 

As a former teacher of ten years, the training as a teacher has taught me patience and compassion. Being able to understand my clients who are in difficult positions is one of my forte.  

Graduating with a Business Degree, I have an astute mind for numbers. Now as a Associate Division Director, I have assisted my clients to analyse the markets and make recommendations based on their abilities. 


 As a buyer myself, I not only constantly keep abreast of the market sentiments, I also offer my voice as a tool for my clients to make the best decision. Whether it is for own stay or for an investment, an upgrade in lifestyle, divorce; a decision to cash out or to plan asset progression for retirement, my clients benefit from the wealth of sharings and the data research I present to for them to make their choices.
